THE GREAT REVAMPTHE STANDARDALL SERVERS nothing moves until this map is approved

ONE DESIGN FOR EVERY DIVISIONAL SERVER

14 servers analyzed · 445 channels keep their place under the standard · 198 go to the Archive · 19 sub-units kept
The doctrine. Every divisional server keeps its own soul: its icon, its GFX, its rules, its battalions and centuriae. But the skeleton becomes the same everywhere, so a man moved from Police to the Marines already knows where everything lives. Nothing is deleted in this revamp. Every channel that leaves the layout goes to a hidden Ⅸ ── ARCHIVE category, readable by command, so no history is lost and complaints can be answered by pointing at it.

The unison standard

Branch servers are gates, not divisions

A branch server (the Legion today, any branch server the bot enters later) carries the same nine numbered categories, but it is the gate to its whole branch, so it carries three things a division never does:

ChannelWhereWhat
directoryⅡ INFORMATIONEvery division of the Imperium in one channel: emblem, commandant, one line, and a permanent invite link to every single division — the branch directory of the main server, mirrored. The bot builds this channel itself and owns it: one card per division, rewritten automatically when a commandant, emblem or invite changes, never posted by hand. All 14 permanent invites already exist. execution item · not built yet
advertisementsⅢ ANNOUNCEMENTSStaff advertise their divisions here, exactly as in the main server.
announcements = TelegraphⅢ ANNOUNCEMENTSSee below.

The Telegraph. global-announcements in the main server becomes a Discord Announcement channel, and every division's and branch's announcements channel follows it. A post published there is delivered by Discord itself into every server's announcements at once — one hand writes, fourteen servers read. The same works one level down: a branch's announcements can be followed by its cohorts. No copy-paste courier work ever again.

join-log. Every server also carries a join-log under Ⅴ COMMAND LOGS: every join and every leave, written by the bot, so command sees the flow of men without asking.

One typography everywhere · no emoji

Today the servers speak five dialects of clutter: 🎟️│entrees, ✅ㆍverify, 📚┃provost_information, 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦, plain-text. All of it goes. The new face is bare, Roman and identical everywhere:

ElementFormExample
CategoryRoman numeral ── CAPSⅡ ── INFORMATION
Text channelbare lowercase-kebab · no emoji, no separatorsofficer-briefing
Voice channelPlain CaseCommand Meeting
Role divider──── 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 ────the one sanctioned divider style

The numerals give every server the same fixed order — a man reads Ⅳ and knows it is ACTIVITY in every division of the Imperium. Identity lives in the server icon, the GFX and the division page, not in channel-name decoration.

Reuse before rebuild. A channel that already matches a standard slot is renamed and moved, never deleted-and-recreated — history and pins stay. Only channels with no slot go to the Archive.

No request channels exist at all. LOA is a command. Rank is set on the command portal. Discharge goes through the bot. Activity checks are measured from the field. Every request-wall channel — loa, rank-request, discharge-request, funding-request, award-request, activity-check — is liquidated to the Archive with its reason written beside it.

Who sees what

Unverified members see the WELCOME category and nothing else. No leaderboard, no activity, no chatter — the server is invisible until the man is verified. Onboarding's default channels point at WELCOME only, which is the exact mechanism that went wrong in Custode: Discord itself was steering new members into a legacy forum. Here that mechanism is used deliberately, and only at WELCOME.

The moment a member joins, the bot pings them in verify with instructions; that ping deletes itself after 5 minutes. Everything posted in verify is deleted 3 minutes after the verification finishes — the channel stays permanently clean.

Safety: every server is set to require a verified email (no phone number requirement), explicit-media filter on for everyone, and no server-level invites outside the official ones.

The one verification system

1 · JOINMember lands in WELCOME. Bot pings them in verify instantly. Ping self-deletes in 5 min.
2 · THE WEBSITEVerification is only possible through the official verify site — the bot hands them the link. There is no in-Discord shortcut; the site is the sole gate, and every visit is centrally logged.
3 · THE CODEThe site issues a one-time code bound to their Discord account. They put it in their Roblox profile blurb.
4 · THE CHECKThe site reads the blurb via the Roblox API, confirms the code, then confirms actual membership in the Imperium group and reads their rank in this division's own Roblox group.
5 · THE BINDOnly then does the bot assign Verified plus the correct division and rank roles, and set the nickname to the Roblox name. No group membership, no roles — the bind is real, not claimed.
6 · KEPT HONESTThe code is removed from the blurb check after binding; re-verification re-runs the same group check, so a man who leaves the group loses the bind at the next sweep.

The permission law · nobody goes dark

Every category has one owner tier, everywhere. The fear with a revamp is a man waking up to a server he cannot see. That is why every server page below carries a scenario check: its real roles, tier by tier, against this matrix — so it is visible BEFORE execution exactly who sees what, and which odd roles need a hand decision.

Ranks bind to tiers automatically. The Roblox rank decides the tier, the tier decides the channels: enlisted LR and MR below 40 · officers 40 to 99 · commandant tier 100 to 119 · generals 120 to 194 oversee the branch · supreme command 195 and up. When verification binds a man to his group rank, his Discord tier follows from it, in every server the same way.

Sub-units have their own gate. A century's category is visible to that century's unit role, its officers, and division command. Other centuries cannot see into it. Inside: about and announcements are read only for members, century command posts, chat is open to the unit.

The chain of command survives by construction: DIVCOM outranks officer, officer outranks NCO, NCO outranks enlisted, and each tier holds everything the tier below holds. Gallery and propaganda channels are re-used as Ⅶ gallery, not archived. The bot keeps every board and the leave-board current, and every bulletin carries the division's own colour.

Click a row. Each page shows the full current structure, the exact mapping into the standard, what goes to the Archive and why, the extracted rules text, and every piece of GFX found so it can be re-used.

Order of execution

  1. Command reads this site and objects to anything wrongly archived. (you are here)
  2. Rules text and GFX are extracted and stored — done, shown on each server page.
  3. Per server: build the standard categories · move surviving channels into them · rename to standard · move everything else into 🗃・ARCHIVE (hidden) · rebuild INFORMATION with the wiki picture, description, commandant and chain of command · repost rules with their own GFX.
  4. Onboarding + permissions pass: unverified see WELCOME only, safety settings on.
  5. The verify site goes live and the join-ping + auto-delete wiring is turned on.
  6. One announcement per server. Old channels are findable in the Archive, so nobody's history is gone.
